LiveView Kit for GoPro

Troubleshooting – Problems Getting Proper Image

Not getting proper image on LiveView monitor

There could be a problem with the settings on the monitor.

To configure the monitor:

1. Set the mode to DIV (M button changes modes).

2. Configure the channel to 8 (+ and – buttons change the channel).

3. Set the band to E (press the power button to access the menu, the M button to advance within the menu, and the up and down arrow buttons to make individual selections).

If the settings were incorrect:

Set the mode to DIV (M button changes modes), the channel to 8 (+ and – buttons), and the band to E (press the power button to access the menu, the M button to advance within the menu, and the up and down arrow buttons to make individual selections).

If the settings were correct:

Make sure the cable on the GoPro is properly inserted.

Make sure that the side of the GoPro video cable connector with the visible metal pins faces down, towards the side of the transmitter with the heat sink (rectangular, silver plate), and the smooth, black side faces up.

If that doesn’t work:

Black Screen, Rolling Picture or Static

Make sure all three antennas are screwed on tightly.

As some electronics might cause interference may be caused by household electronics, try using the kit outdoors or in different area to see if there is any improvements.
